Central Hastings OPP have laid charges in connection with a disturbance at a convenience store in Marmora.
Police were called around 11 p.m. Wednesday after an individual reportedly became aggressive and threw items at the employee of the Matthew Street store, resulting in property damage but no serious injuries.
The suspect fled before officers arrived.
Police located the individual riding a bicycle along Highway 7 shortly after.
Luke Crawford, age 34 of Marmora and Lake, is charged with assault and mischief – destroy or damage property.
The accused was released from custody and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Belleville on November 6.
