A Marmora man is facing charges after employees were allegedly threatened at a Belleville organization.
Late Wednesday morning, it was reported to Belleville police that a male was uttering death threats towards the employees.
The organization went into lockdown.
Police, with assistance from the Criminal Investigation Division and Emergency Response Unit, launched an investigation and learned the suspect was in Marmora.
With support from Central Hastings OPP, the male was taken into custody at 12:37 p.m. without incident and was tranferred into custody of Belleville police.
A 25-year-old male is charged with uttering threats.
He was held for a bail hearing.
