In September 2024, only 36 permits were granted but they were worth $12.8 million in construction.
Year-to-date figures are lagging behind 2024.
Through the end of September, 433 permits with a value of $114.9 million were issued compared to 455 permits worth $145.2 through the first nine months of last year.
