OPP UPDATE 1:05 P.M.: Dundas Street East will be closed at Flindall Street for several hours to allow for the replacement of a hydro pole, damaged in the collision this morning. Please use RCAF Road and Curtis Road/Dixon Drive as a detour. If you must visit a local Dundas East business, utilize the Canadian Tire parking lot as a detour. Please drive carefully in the area and be courteous to others.
A collision is causing some traffic headaches in Trenton Tuesday.
Two vehicles, one a Quinte West police cruiser, were in involved in a collision around 10:15 a.m. on Dundas Street East.
One vehicle reportedly struck a light post and a hydro line is down.
Public Works has also been called to the scene.
Traffic is being diverted.
It’s not believed there are any serious injuries.
