A 33-year-old motorcyclist suffered fatal injuries after a collision in Ajax.
Durham Regional Police responded to a motor vehicle collision at the intersection of Taunton Road East and Middlecote Drive in Ajax around 8:40 p.m. on Wednesday.
A 33-year-old male, from Ajax, was driving a motorcycle eastbound on Taunton Road when it collided with a blue Honda Accord at the intersection.
The driver of the motorcycle was pronounced deceased on scene.
The driver and passenger in the Accord were transported to a local area hospital with minor injuries.
Members of the DRPS Collision Investigation Unit attended the scene to conduct an investigation.
The cause of this collision remains under investigation.
