Volunteers still needed for TD Tree Days Saturday

TD Tree Days events are hosted by local not-for-profits, municipalities, and Indigenous groups that specialize in environmental stewardship.

The initiative has seen more than 550,000 trees planted by 44,000-plus volunteers since 2010.

This year’s goal is to plant 33,000 trees and shrubs within TD’s North American footprint.

Volunteers are reminded to dress appropriately for the weather and bring water.

Please bring:

• Personal Supply of Water & Food (lunch & snacks)
• Mandatory Closed Toed Footwear (steel toed preferred)
• Hat
• Sunscreen & Bug Spray
• Gloves
• Shovels & Hand Spades (if able)
