The City of Belleville is hosting a public consultation centre on September 23 to gather feedback on draft programs under the Community Improvement Plan (CIP) Update for Housing, Downtown Revitalization and Brownfield Redevelopment.
The CIP update revisits priorities and financial incentives that will help reach several community improvement objectives, including facilitating city-wide development of housing, including affordable and missing middle housing, supporting downtown revitalization, assisting in the remediation and redevelopment of brownfield sites, and improving overall quality of life and community health.
There will be no formal presentations but project staff will be on hand to provide information and answer any questions.
