A bridge over a creek in the northeast of Belleville will be closed for construction.
McWilliams Bridge, which is on Blessington Road, will be replaced over the coming days and a detour has been set up.
The bridge is between Forsythe and Bethany Road in Thurlow Ward.
Planned improvements include the installation of a new precast concrete bridge, as well as new asphalt pavement and steel beam guide rails.
Work will be completed by year’s end.
