Kingston police are seeking public assistance identifying two suspects who were involved in multiple theft incidents in the area of Bath Road and Armstrong Road.
Two of the thefts occurred in August of last year while another two thefts occurred in August of this year.
The suspects are described as a middle-aged male with a receding hair line, short dark beard and a mole or birthmark on his left cheek. In one instance the male was wearing a red Atlanta Falcons rain poncho. The male suspect was accompanied by a female suspect who is also described as middle-aged and having long brown/blonde hair.
