A court martial for Corporal James Michalopoulos has been set for Monday, September 8 at 8 Wing Trenton.
Corporal Michalopoulos faces one charge of fraud, and one charge of willfully making a false statement stemming from incidents that allegedly occurred between May 2021 and May 2024, at or near Trenton and Bagotville, Québec.
Military Judge Colonel Nancy Isenor will preside over this standing court martial.
