Quinte West City Council approved an extension of a licence agreement with five of the six seasonal pop-ups vendors.
These vendors include:
- Banana Splitz
- K-Food Express
- Momo-Mentum
- Street Thai Food
- The Forge Wood-Fired Pizza
In a report to council, Director of Community Services & Strategic Partnerships Jaclyn Grimmon said that the vendors expressed a desire to remain open at the Pop-ups for the month of September from Friday to Sunday from 12 – 7 p.m.
The 2025 Quinte West Pop-ups have been operating since May 31, 2025.
