The Planning Advisory Committee also held a public meeting Thursday related to an application for a subdivision on Huffman Road that includes 101 lots for single-detached dwellings, 10 blocks for 40 townhouse units, one block for a stormwater management facility, and a new internal road with connections to Huffman Road and Caleb Crescent.
Mayor Jim Harrison says some concerns presented included the number of proposed dwellings and the effects on traffic.
The developer will take the concerns into consideration before presenting a revised plan.
