Two people have been taken to hospital with serious injuries after an overnight shooting in Pickering.
On Saturday, August 16, 2025 at approximately 1:10 a.m., members from West Division were called to a parking lot in the area of Liverpool Road and Kingston Road for reports of shots being fired. Officers arrived on scene and located two people suffering from gunshot wounds. Both victims were transported to a Toronto-area trauma centre where they remain in stable condition.
The suspect is described as male, Brown, with a light complexion, approximately 6’ with a medium to heavy build. He was wearing a jersey style shirt. He fled the area in a dark-coloured sedan.
Police are appealing for anyone that was in the area at the time and may have cellphone or dashcam video to contact investigators.
