The Bancroft Fire Department is asking people to respect the burn bans in place across the region for everyone’s safety.
Fire departments in North Hastings have responded to numerous burn complaints and brush fires since the start of the total burn ban.
NO fires, not event campfires, are allowed during the total ban.
Officials say if you discover a fire, please call 911 immediately.
