Charges have been laid against two Quinte West residents following a lengthy investigation involving Sidney Ward neighbours.
According to court documents, 45-year-old Peter Chisholm and 38-year-old Jerri Chisholm have been charged.
The investigation by Quinte West OPP involves interaction with neighbours between January 2023 and May 2025.
The documents allege harassing behaviour against neighbours on the same street, including sending harassing letters to two of the victims’ places of employment.
Peter Chisholm is charged with Criminal harassment, Mischief, Harassing communications x 2, while Jerri Chisholm is charged with Mischief
They are next in court September 18, 2025.
