The local unemployment rate was virtually unchanged last month rising a tenth of a point from June.
July’s unemployment number for the the Belleville-Quinte West Census Metropolitan Area, which includes Belleville, Quinte West, Deseronto-Tyendinaga and Stirling-Rawdon, was 7.2 per cent.
