The South East Health Unit is continuing their investigation into the North China Buffet.
Bill Sherlock of the South East Health Unit says the owners have been very cooperative as the investigation continues.
The restaurant was ordered closed in late July after a video circulated online showing a person taking food from a dumpster and bringing it inside the restaurant.
The restaurant remains closed until further notice.
