Real estate sales were both up and down in the Quinte region last month when compared to June.
In Belleville 65 single-family homes were sold in July, up from 60 in June.
The median sale price, the one at which half of the homes sold were priced higher and half lower, was $537,000. in July.
In Quinte West, 51 houses were sold last month, down from 69 in June.
The median price in July was $540,000.
Thirty-eight single-family homes sold in Prince Edward County, up from 32 in June.
The median price was $747,500.
And in Brighton, 13 houses were sold, down from 21 in June.
The median price in July was $575,000.
