Monday is a civic holiday and that means that many local businesses will be closed for the day.
Belleville municipal offices will be closed for the day, along with Belleville Public Library, Glanmore National Historic Site, and the leaf & yard waste depot.
Quinte Sports and Wellness Centre has no scheduled programs for the day and the customer service desk will be closed, however, regular ice and track remain open.
Municipal offices in Quinte West are also closing for the day, along with the offices in Prince Edward County.
All Beer Store locations in the Quinte region will be closing, except the one located on Bell Blvd in Belleville. LCBO stores across the region are also closing.
Quinte Mall will be open during the holiday with normal hours.
Some grocery stores in Belleville will be running on reduced hours, with Metro and FreshCo open from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Belleville Transit will not be running regular or mobility bus service. Quinte Transit in Trenton will be operating with reduced service, with only A and B routes running between 9 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
