A dispute between roommates on Monday led to charges against one person.
Belleville police responded to an east-end address where two male roommates were involved in a disturbance just before 7 p.m.
As a result of the investigation, a 45-year-old Belleville man was arrested and charged with one count of assault.
The victim sustained minor injuries that did not require medical attention.
