The open house will provide the preliminary building site plans and exterior/unit design renderings along with information about unit rental costs and amenities.
The Open House will run from from 4:30 to 8 p.m. on Tuesday, August 5 at City of Quinte West council chambers (7 Creswell Drive, Trenton).
“George Street Village is an exciting multi-residential development proposal designed by a local private, non-profit partnership that looks to increase housing options in Quinte West,” says Spencer Hutchison, Connect Quinte Board Chairperson. “The proposal considers the growing need for affordable housing options in Quinte West, while putting a great deal of care into designing a community that is inclusive and accessible.”
