High temperatures will range between 30 and 34 degrees Celsius with humidex readings between 38 and 42 degrees.
Sunday’s high, as recorded at CFB Trenton, was 31.4 degrees, just shy of the 32.8 degree record set 85 years ago in 1940.
The heat is expected to moderate starting Wednesday night.
