The Friends for Life Bike Rally is set to make its way through Prince Edward County on August 4.
In a notice to residents, the county says a higher than usual number of bicycles are expected on the road from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m.
Motorists are being asked to take caution as there will be no road closures.
Friends for Life raises funds that helps people living with HIV/AIDS.
Cyclists will beginning their route at the Carrying Place swing bridge.
They will continue toward the Glenora Ferry following County Road 33, County Road 1, County Road 30, Old Belleville Road, Talbot Street, and back to County Road 33 to the ferry.
