The Joint Rescue Coordination Centre in Trenton were involved in the rescue of two kayakers near Sudbury.
Ontario Provincial Police requested air support to rescue the kayakers.
A CH-146 Griffon helicopter located the kayakers, hoisted them aboard and transported them to local EMS.
