Quinte West OPP have laid charges in connection with a multi-vehicle collision last month on Hamilton Road.
Four vehicles were involved in the collision that happened around 11 a.m. on June 16.
One driver was taken to hospital with serious injuries while three other people sustained minor injuries.
The road was closed for several hours following the crash.
Police have charged 41-year-old Lin-zee Jensen-Giesbrecht of Quinte West with dangerous operation causing bodily harm, dangerous operation, drive left of centre – approaching crest of grade.
The accused remains in custody and is scheduled to appear in court on July 24.
