Wildfire smoke drifting in from the west continues to hang over the Quinte region.
Ontario’s Air Quality Index predicts the smoke will pose a moderate risk to health all day Tuesday, a slight improvement over Monday.
However, the elderly and those with breathing issues might want to avoid a lot of outdoor activity.
Meanwhile, the hot humid weather will continue Tuesday and Wednesday.
