A CH-146 Griffon helicopter from the Joint Rescue Coordination Centre (JRCC) in Trenton helped with the transport of a patient to hospital.
During the overnight hours, JRCC Trenton received a call from OPP of a patient suffering a severe allergic reaction at Algonquin Provincial Park.
The helicopter was tasked with extracting the patient to an ambulance at Smoke Lake for transport to hospital.
