A search warrant in Greater Napanee has led to two people facing charges.
On Thursday, Lennox and Addington OPP officers, along with the East Region Community Street Crime Unit and Canine Unit, executed a search warrant at a residence on Dundas Street West.
During the search, police located just over 185 grams of suspected fentanyl, just under three grams of suspected methamphetamine, just under a gram of suspected cocaine, $1500 in cash, cell phones, and drug packaging supplies.
Thirty-nine-year-old Paul Catena of Napanee and 37-year-old Nicole Hillson from Napanee both face charges of possession of fentanyl for the purpose of trafficking, possession of methamphetamine for the purpose of trafficking, and possession of proceeds of crime under $5000.
Catena was also charged with two counts of breach of probation, and was held in custody pending a bail hearing. Hillson was released with a court date set for August.
