Just after midnight on Thursday, July 10, Belleville police responded to a call regarding security camera footage of a man breaking into a construction site in the north of Belleville.
Police identified the man in the footage, who was linked to a previous investigation in May.
The man was located and arrested, and faces charges stemming from both investigations.
Nathan Irwin, a 35-year-old Frankford resident, was charged with breaking and entering, possession of break-in instruments, mischief, and two counts of failing to comply with a probation order.
He was released on an undertaking with a court date set for August.
