Belleville police have made an arrest, after a pair of motorcycles were stolen from a Belleville business.
On Monday, police responded to a call for a break and enter on South Church Street, where a pair of motorcycles were stolen. Later that morning police responded to a report of a gas theft, involving a motorcycle matching the description of one of the stolen bikes.
After a through investigation, and with help from the public, police identified and arrested a male suspect.
As a result, 22 year old Brandon Sagriff of Bath has been charged with:
- Break and enter
- Two counts of theft over $5000
- Theft under $5000
- Possession of property obtained by crime over $5000
- Flight from peace officer
- Dangerous operation
He was released on an Undertaking and is scheduled to appear in court in August
