Three people have been charged in connection with a disturbance that left one person injured in Trent Hills.
Northumberland OPP and Emergency Medical Services responded to an incident at a residence on Concession Road 3 East around 3:30 p.m. Sunday.
Several individuals residing at the property were involved.
One person sustained minor injuries involving a gardening tool.
Police arrested three individuals, charging a 52-year-old female and a 58-year-old female with uttering threats to cause death or bodily harm.
A 37-year-old male was charged with uttering threats to cause death or bodily harm and assault with a weapon.
Police are not releasing the names of the accused to protect the identity of the victims.
All three individuals are scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Cobourg in August.
