Investigators have learned the victim and suspects had a verbal altercation prior to the shooting. Police believe this is an isolated incident.
Police are looking for two suspects. The suspects are described as:
Suspect 1: male, approximately six feet tall, wearing a black baseball cap, face mask, hoodie, jeans and black shoes.
Suspect 2: male, heavy build, wearing a face mask and all black clothing.
Suspect 3: male. He was wearing a face covering, hoodie, black pants and light-coloured shoes.
The suspects arrived in a vehicle. The suspect vehicle is described as a grey four-door vehicle, unknown make or model.
