Learning Foundation Executive Director Kellie Brace says the money raised goes into the Student Emergency Fund which supports students facing barriers at school.

“I’ll give you an example. A lot of kids, maybe whose family are facing some financial difficulties, can’t see the front of the class. They’re not able to learn fully. And sometimes the cost of eyeglasses is out of reach. The Student Emergency Fund would help fund that type of thing.”
There were 144 golfers who took part in the sold-out event at Trillium Wood Golf Club.
