The operator of an e-scooter has died as a result of a Canada Day collision in Quinte West.
Quinte West OPP say a passenger vehicle and an e-scooter were involved in a collision on Stockdale Road around 10:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
Hastings Quinte Paramedics transported the 36-year-old operator of the e-scooter to hospital with life-threatening injuries where they were later pronounced deceased.
OPP Technical Collision Investigators attended the scene and continue to assist with the ongoing investigation.
