A man has been charged after uttering threats in Bancroft.
On Tuesday, shortly after 8:30, Bancroft OPP officers responded to a call for a disturbance. During their investigation, they determined one person had breached the conditions of their release order.
As a result, 43-year-old Paul Montgomery of Bancroft was arrested and charged with two counts of failure to comply with a release order and uttering threats.
The accused is being held pending a bail hearing.
