A 47-year-old male was found deceased after a single-motor vehicle collision in Clarington on Canada Day.
Around 1:20 p.m., Durham Regional Police located an unresponsive male at the side of the roadway near Concession Road 6 and Vickers Road.
The male was driving his motorcycle east on Concession Road 6, when it slowly veered across westbound lanes and into the ditch where he was ejected.
The male was reported missing earlier in the day by his family.
At this time, it is believed the collision was a result of a medical episode.
Members of the DRPS – Collision Investigation Unit, attended the scene to conduct an investigation.
