On June 30, 2025 at approximately 8 p.m., Belleville police responded to a call in the city’s east end regarding an unwanted person. Officers attended and learned that a male was breaching his release order by communicating with the female party. As a result, police arrested and charged a 22-year-old Belleville resident with two counts of failure to comply with release order. He was held for a video remand.
Assault
On June 29, 2025 at approximately 11:15 p.m., Belleville police responded to a call in the city’s east end regarding a domestic dispute. Police learned that a male had physically assaulted the female and then left the residence. On June 30 at approximately 12:30 p.m., police located, arrested and charged a 22-year-old Belleville resident with:

Break and Enter
On June 30, 2025 at 7:56 p.m., Belleville police attended a residence on Station Street regarding a break and enter that occurred between 5 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. It is alleged that an unknown suspect entered the property and removed several personal belongings and cash. The investigation is ongoing.
