Here is a look at how the Quinte region is celebrating Canada Day on Tuesday.
In Belleville, festivities begin at 9:30 a.m. at West Zwick’s Park with the Kiwanis Pancake Breakfast.
There will be a number of activities including face painting and balloon art, building stations and displays, as well as photo ops with Belleville fire and Belleville police vehicles among many others.
Live music will also be taking place including a performance by Andy Forgie at 11 a.m. Evan Dubois will be performing stand-up comedy.

In Quinte West at Centennial Park, Canada Day celebrations begin at 7:30 a.m. with a pancake breakfast sponsored by the Trenton Lions Club.
Throughout the day there will be demonstrations from The Great Canadian Lumberjacks.
There will be live music and entertainment, food trucks and bingo as well.
Fireworks are expected to begin at 9:15 p.m.
