A Deseronto man has pleaded guilty to aggravated assault and assault with a weapon after an incident in Deseronto in August of 2023.
Daniel Craley, 56 at the time of his arrest, was charged after a person was seriously injured after being hit by a vehicle on Prince Street.
A second person was able to jump out of the way of the vehicle.
Craley had been originally charged with attempt murder but pleaded to the lesser charge of aggravated assault recently in a Napanee courtroom.
A date for sentencing will be set July 30.
