Failing to comply with an Undertaking
On June 24, 2025 at 10:39 a.m., Belleville police were called to a residence in the city’s west end regarding a domestic dispute. Officers attended and spoke to the parties involved. During their investigation, officers learned that the involved female was breaching the conditions of a previous undertaking by communicating with the male party. This stemmed from a previous incident between the two parties. As a result, police arrested and charged a 24-year-old Belleville woman with failing to comply with an undertaking. She was released from custody with a court date in July.
