The recovery of a stolen motorcycle northeast of Napanee has resulted in a pair of arrests and a long list of charges.
Last Friday, the OPP East Region Street Crime Unit was in Yarker on an unrelated matter, when they spotted a wanted man.
He was arrested without incident, however, another wanted person arrived on scene on a motorcycle and attempted to flee.
After a brief struggle with officers, it was determined the motorcycle was stolen.
Thirty-four-year-old Jordan Rombough of Stone Mills is facing 15 charges
- Flight from a peace officer
- Dangerous operation of a vehicle x 4
- Operation while prohibited under the Criminal Code x 3
- Driving while under suspension
- Possession of property obtained by crime over $5,000
- Possession of property obtained by crime under $5,000
- Failing to comply with a probation order x 4
Thirty-nine-year-old Angela Reynolds, also of Stone Mills, was arrested and charged, while 40-year old Robin Blundell was previously arrested in the investigation and charged with:
- Flight from a peace officer
- Driving while under suspension
- Using a plate not authorized for a vehicle
- Possession of property obtained by crime under $5,000
- Failing to comply with a probation order
