UPDATE: Power has been restored.
The City of Quinte West says March Street from Maybee Road to Patrick Drive is temporarily closed to all through traffic due to a downed hydro line caused by a fallen tree.
Notice will be issued when the road has reopened.
Hydro One’s outage map shows more than 800 customers are without power in the Batawa/Stockdale/German Landing area.
Crews are in the area but a restoration time has not been provided.
