Quinte Health’s Board of Directors will be welcoming four new members in the fall.
On Tuesday, the board learned that Katherine MacIver, Shusmita Rashid, Dianne Spencer, and Gail Walker will take positions on the board.
They were selected after a recruitment effort that drew what was termed an unprecedented level of
interest from the community.
Forty applications to serve on the board were received.
Returning for a third year as chair is Lisa O’Toole, with Gary Hannaford continuing as vice-chair and Steve Geist appointed as treasurer for the 2025/26 term. O’Toole expressed her gratitude to both the new and returning board members for their commitment to ensuring high-quality, compassionate care for all.
