Prince Edward County has approved the sale of a plot of land in Picton to allow the construction of a new medical services centre on the land.
The approval was made during Tuesday’s council meeting, after a discussion in closed session.
The property is located at 37 Macsteven drive in Picton.
While the motion, which was passed in open session after the closed discussion, approved the sale, it did not specify the price of the property or provide details about the offer presented to council.
