A Greater Napanee resident faces impaired charges after testing showed their alcohol level was nearly four times the legal limit.
Late Wednesday afternoon, Lennox and Addington OPP received a report that an individual was seen sitting in a vehicle in the parking lot of a Napanee business pouring alcohol into a cup.
Police located the vehicle and the driver was arrested.

The accused will appear in court in July.
Brody’s driver’s licence was suspended for 90 days, and his vehicle was impounded.
