A Codrington man has been charged in connection with a road rage incident in Brighton Tuesday morning.
Just before 10:30 a.m., Northumberland OPP responded to a report of a dispute between two drivers on County Road 30.
Both vehicles had pulled off the roadway and one individual had allegedly damaged the other person’s vehicle.
Police took a person into custody and learned he is a suspended driver.
Fifty-year-old James Waite is charged with mischief under $5,000 and driving while under suspension.
In addition to a future court appearance, the accused’s vehicle was impounded for seven days.
