Brighton’s Automated Speed Enforcement System is set to go live next month.
At council’s meeting later Monday, staff is asking that an Automated Speed Enforcement By-Law be approved.
Brighton will have one speed enforcement camera system set up along Elizabeth Street in a Community Safety Zone near the elementary and secondary schools.
The system is expected to be operational starting July 14.
