Stirling-Rawdon’s Planning Advisory Committee has recommended council approve rezoning changes for a couple of agricultural properties.
One would allow an eight-acre expansion to an existing outdoor cannabis growing operation at 1104 Hoover Road.
The other allows a bed and breakfast-style business on about 100 acres of land at 3274 Salem Road.
The business would only operate during warmer months and would feature a maximum of five large tents accommodating a maximum of 15 guests at a time.
