On June 5, 2025, as a result of a drug trafficking investigation in the City of Belleville, members of Project Renewal executed a Controlled Drugs and Substance Act search warrant in Belleville’s east end with the assistance of the Belleville Police K9 and Emergency Response Unit.
Police Seized:
- 27.1 grams Cocaine
- 3.2 grams Crystal Methamphetamine
- 3 Cell Phones
- Electronic Taser
- $1090 Canadian Currency
As a result of the police investigation, the following persons were arrested and charged.
Robert Baldwin, 62 years old of Deseronto, was charged with the following offences:
- Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking – Cocaine
- Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking-Methamphetamine
- Possession of proceeds of property obtained by crime, Under $5000 – in Canada
David Alderdice, 63 years old of Belleville, was charged with the following offences:
- Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking – Cocaine
- Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking-Methamphetamine
- Possession of proceeds of property obtained by crime, Under $5000-in Canada
Larry White, 54 years old of Belleville, was charged with the following offences:
- Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking – CocaineA
- Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking-Methamphetamine
- Possession of proceeds of property obtained by crime, Under $5000-in Canada
Karen Holley, 49 years old of Belleville, was charged with the following offences:
- Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking – Cocaine
- Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking-Methamphetamine
- Possession of proceeds of property obtained by crime, Under $5000-in Canada
Kathleen Armstrong. 73 years old of Belleville, was charged with the following offences:
- Possession for the Purpose of Trafficking – Cocaine
Rose PARKER 52-years-old of Belleville was charged with the following offences:
- Possession of a Schedule 1 substance for the Purpose of Trafficking – Cocaine – Sec 5(2) CDSA
- Possession of a Schedule 1 substance for the Purpose of Trafficking – Methamphetamines-Sec 5(2) CDSA
- Possession of property obtained by crime, Under $5000 – in Canada Sec 354(1)(a) Criminal Code
- Unauthorized Possession of a Weapon, Sec 91(2) Criminal Code
All of the charged persons were released on an undertaking with a future court date.
