After a rather disappointing month of May weather-wise, it’s looking like June will be an improvement albeit only a slight one.
Staff meteorologist Kevin Williams says while he’s not a fan of long-range summer forecasts, it does appear June’s weather will at least be seasonable.

“Seasonable with bouts of warmth cut back and pushed back by fronts that bring some showers and thunderstorms ultimately delivering a near normal month temperature- and rain-wise.”
Williams says the hottest air in June will occur in western Ontario and through the prairies.
